Purchase the “lunch only” ticket if you already have a Snowbird pass, or if you are not skiing, and would like to attend the luncheon.
Join Us for a Life Sciences Day on the Slopes
We’re excited to have you join us for a fun day on the slopes. Catch up with colleagues, make new friends, network with life sciences leaders and enjoy Utah’s great outdoors. You may purchase a discounted lift pass as noted below, or use your own pass. Lunch will be provided for all skiers who are also registered for the Summit.
Our reserved room in the Superior Room of the Cliff Lodge is available beginning at 8:00 AM. You are welcome to store any of your gear in the room while you are skiing.
Non-Skier
If you’re not planning to ski, but would like to attend the lunch (12:00 pm -2:00 pm) or come earlier to enjoy the mountain view, register for the luncheon only without purchasing a ski pass for a cost of $50.
You may valet park your car as noted in the Parking section below and join us at the Superior Room of the Cliff Lodge.
Ski Lift Tickets
You can purchase a discounted lift ticket for $195 (~$25 off list price). Your lift pass includes lunch. You will be provided with a Snowbird voucher that can be redeemed for the actual lift pass. Vouchers will be emailed to you or available at registration table in the Superior Room of the Cliff lodge on March 14.. Discounted lift tickets are available for purchase through March 13, 2025.
If you already have a Snowbird lift pass, please join us for skiing and register for the luncheon.
Transportation
BioUtah will be providing complimentary transportation from the Sheraton Hotel to Snowbird Cliff Lodge and back again on March 14. The shuttle will arrive at the Sheraton Hotel (155 West 500 South in Salt Lake City) at 7:45 AM just outside the main lobby. It will depart from the Cliff lodge at 4:30 PM to return to the Sheraton.

Parking
Beginning at 8:00 AM, complimentary valet parking is available at the Cliff Lodge on a limited basis. Access the Cliff Lodge valet parking via Entry 4. You can also park for free at any of the Snowbird parking areas.
