Join Us for a Life Sciences Day on the Slopes
We’re excited to have you join us for a fun day on the slopes sponsored by Schwegman, Lundberg and Woessner. Catch up with colleagues, make new friends, network with life sciences leaders and enjoy Utah’s great outdoors. You may purchase a discounted lift pass as noted below, or use your own pass. Lunch will be provided for all skiers who are also registered for the Summit.
Our reserved room in the ballroom of the Stein Erikson Lodge is available beginning at 8:00 AM. You are welcome to store any of your gear in the room while you are skiing.
Non-Skier
If you’re not planning to ski, but would like to attend the lunch (12:00 pm -2:00 pm) or come earlier to enjoy the mountain view, register for the luncheon only without purchasing a ski pass for a cost of $50.
You may valet park your car as noted in the Parking section below and join us at the ballroom of the Stein Erikson Lodge.
Ski Lift Tickets
You can purchase a discounted lift ticket for $250 (~$30-40 off list price). Your lift pass includes lunch. You will be able to pick up your purchased ski pass at the registration desk the day of the Entrepreneur & Investor Life Sciences Summit (March 14, 2024). Discounted lift tickets are available for purchase through March 14, 2024.
If you already have a Deer Valley lift pass, please join us for skiing and register for the luncheon.
Parking
Beginning at 7:00 AM, complimentary valet parking at the Stein Erikson Lodge is available on a limited basis. Valet parking is accessible at the main entrance of Stein Erikson lodge. Once the parking at Stein Erikson is filled, you will need to find other parking arrangements.
You can also park for free at the parking lot adjacent to the Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. However, to get to the Stein Erikson Lodge from Snow Park Lodge, you will have to take the Carpenter lift (for skiers) or the Silver Lake Express (for non skiers) to the Silver Lake village and then walk across the street from the village to the Stein Erikson Lodge.
Paid parking may also be available at the Stein Erikson Lodge.
Ski Rental Equipment
Deer Valley Rentals (435.654.6648) offers ski equipment rentals. Deer Valley Rentals at the Silver Lake Village location is located at 7600 Royal Street, Park City, and is convenient to the Stein Erikson Lodge. Open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Cole Sport (435-649-4601) and Christy Sports (435-649-2909) also offer rentals in the Silver Lake Village, and are convenient to the Stein Erikson Lodge. Cole Sport at Silver Lake Village is located at 7620 Royal Street, Park City, and is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Christy Sports at Silver Lake Village is located at 7580 Royal Street, Park City, and is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
